Night desk clerk was rude threw me out of my room. Would not let me show her the confirmation number. Said she would call the police if I didn't leave. It was very stressful.

Don’t stay here. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff acts annoyed by requests like “May I have a clean room?” and “please tell the cleaning crew to wait until I’m out of the room before entering.” One of the cleaning staff opened the door on me while I was getting dressed. No knock or anything. Just opened the door and got the full monty. Hope she enjoyed it. Never coming back.

We had room 110. Told there were cookies at 8 pm but they weren't. The desk said she heard they didn't have dough but checked and found some. After1 hr tgey finally were done. The bath tub wasn't clean. Looked like the last one to shower left over suds dirt and ***** hait was left but never cleaned. No one in my fami l y showered at all. The breakfast was had cold thick gravy. The buns were cold as well was the tamales, potatoes and eggs. All around not a very good stay.

Terrible stay!
We called ahead to make sure the indoor pool was open to use. Our 4 yr was excited to swim. It was empty of water when arrived. Was charged twice for the one night stay, Rooms were ok. Filthy carpets throughout the hotel. Will never stay there again.
