Toilet made noise any time anyone in the complex flushed the toilet. We kept the door closed so it would not wake us while sleeping. The freezer needed defrosting. Very limited continental breakfast, more healthy choices such as yogurt, banana may be good additional options.

The beds, pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. The receptionist was helpful and polite. The room was tidy, but dust on lamps and window sill, dirty fingerprints on doors and woodwork. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. Basically, the condition was run down and poorly maintained. Paint splatters on the floor. Black marks in the tub. We wiped all fixtures and switches with Clorox wipes. I would not recommend or stay again.

The staff was friendly and the checkin process was fine. The room was not very clean, with dust and hair on the floor. The bathroom was in need of attention and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. I didn't ask for one, because I didn't want to shower in it anyway because it was not very clean either. The outdoor deck was very very weathered but it was nice to have outdoor access... no seating available though. I would not recommend this lodging. And it was expensive for what I got.

I liked the inclusion of fresh fruit for the breakfast. I noticed that the refrigerator/freezer had not been defrosted (much buildup of ice so had not been defrosted). The toilet kept making a loud noise every 10 minutes or so. So, the first couple nights it made it difficult to fall asleep. I wondered about the cleanliness of the room as I found crumbs on the floor. The manager responded well to my request for a stopper for the tub. This came about because on the first night I tried to take a tub bath and the water kept running down the drain.
