Before anything I would like to say the lady at the front desk was 5 star. Very friendly and apologized for I have to say to say. We were first given a room that smelled very bad. We were given a different room because of the smell. The second room smelled very fresh but that excitement quickly didn't last. The TV screen was broken so no tv for us. As soon as we settled in all out madness broke out when roaches started appearing everywhere in our room. We couldn't move to another hotel because of our budget so we had to sleep with the lights on to keep the roaches away.

Terrible services. 4 nights and not once did the room get cleaned or restocked. Ask the desk for towels and paper and was told where to find them, given a plastic bag to collect the dirty towels and asked to deposit the bag in the laundry room. Breakfast offerings have declined with much less variety. We have stayed here for many years when we visit due to the nearness to family and right off the highway but we will be finding another place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights and didn't receive maid service. Previous guest left frozen food in the fridge. Breakfast was minimal. Would not stay there again.

Dirty, noisy, air conditioner did not work. Only good thing, was they had a wide selection of tv channels.

Not worth the money!
I pre registered so check in was quick, the front desk receptionist was friendly but the hotel stairs( no elevator) were dirty. The first room we went into smelled of urine so I went back to the front desk the receptionist was quick to exchange my room but the second room smelled like smoke. The beds were actually comfortable and the room was tidy. Not much of a parking lot.

We decided last minute to stay in Corbin. Found this hotel at a great price. Checked in quickly, the room was freshly renovated. We got up and breakfast was ready.
