The room was clean as always the bed is comfortable. They have a great stuff at the front desk and they always make me feel very welcomed during my stay.

Room was clean. Staff is great beds are comfortable and the pictures are what you actually see in the rooms. I enjoy staying there and we recommend the hotel to anyone.

Service from Staff was excellent as well as the cleanliness of the room. The area seemed very safe and was quiet except the fact that the train goes through multiple times during the night; otherwise, would have given 5 Stars!

The room was clean and the facility and service was different this time. Doing my check in, I had to use the restroom very very much. I asked the receptionist if I could use the lobby or office restroom while she checked me in. She had my debit and identification card in her possession. She told me there wasn't a restroom. when I stated that I had to step out of the facilities and into some adjacent woods (trees), she expressed that she didn't agree with that. This resulted in me partially urinating on myself. Im 69 years old and at times it's hard to hold my urine. This was very embarrassing for me and cruel on the receptionist part as I pleaded with her twice. Don't think I'll be using this Inn anymore. A total disregard for a veteran, elderly and human.

We have had many individuals stop by off the highway to use the restroom by falsely showing intent to rent. These individuals use the restroom (leave a mess) and dart out of the lobby. After experiencing this multiple times we set a policy in place where guest must use their room bathrooms.Brentney was only follow protocol. We have discussed your experience with her. She was very apologetic and understands when to allow someone to use the Staff bathroom in an emergency. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will grow and make changes in our policy. Quality Inn at Kenly is easy access in and out off I95. The hotel is well maintained, clean and inexpensive for those traveling north and south off I95. There isn't much food places so I recommend Wawa at Wilson. The railroad also runs nearby so it can be a bit noisy at times.

We have stayed here a couple times and it is always clean. The staff is extremely friendly. What an incredible experience every time.

Best Staff!
Just like all my stays…it was great! Mary had me checked-in in no time and Fausto made check out quick and he even noticed a pair of my shoes I forgot and made sure I got them back before I left. I really do appreciate the staff here. They are very friendly and accommodating.
