The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the food and restaurants were amazing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and calm. It was a great stay.

Huge thanks to all team staff for their friendliest from arriving to leaving and for going above and beyond. They all made my stay extra special and always being helpful and providing fantastic service in all aspects. Rooms were nice and clean. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the breakfast food and even had to skip it until the dinner option dining would open. My biggest recommendation is don’t eat their mushrooms as it might make you feel sick overtime.

和闺蜜去的，墨西哥人都好淳朴热情，感觉他们每个人都很开心，这家酒店餐厅也是不错的，法餐，铁板烧，phad thai一点都不敷衍
环境优美舒适
先说说缺点，这也是我们绝不会再来这家度假村的原因。
这家度假村就算建在沙漠中央也一样，根本没什么区别。它就是个山寨版的凯悦酒店（我来之前并不知道）。
房间里没有任何当地文化或主题装饰。唯一有点文化气息的就是自助餐厅，里面有一些墨西哥菜。
这家度假村广告上说是五星级全包度假村，哈！根本不可能！房间里没有酒，好吧，只有几瓶小啤酒和一堆汽水。高档酒只能在外面的酒吧喝。所有餐厅的牛肉都硬得不行，我干脆都不点了，全都退了回去。烤肋排又老又没味道，肋眼牛排筋也多，一点味道都没有。我跟经理反映情况，建议他们换个好点的肉，他们的回复居然是“我们会让他们在菠萝汁里泡久一点”，而不是“嘿，700多美元一天，你说得对，我们应该做得更好”。总之，整个全包式服务非常令人失望，远低于我去过的其他五星级全包式酒店的标准。
泳池酒吧还不错，虽然有些水下吧台凳已经生锈，而且会污染泳池。
房间和客房服务人员都很棒。夜床服务和清洁工作也无可挑剔。
水疗中心的价格简直离谱，按摩一小时就要250美元？不过，设施倒是很不错。水疗、桑拿和蒸汽房都很棒，布局和服务人员也都很出色。
精品酒店
非常漂亮又温馨的酒店！除了建筑之美，一大亮点是礼貌的员工，每次见面都会对你表达敬意。缺点是所有服务都需要付费！特别感谢经理 Ana
从第一秒到最后一秒，你都能感受到无微不至的关怀。员工很棒，餐厅也美味得令人难以置信。我随时都想再来！
