Staff was amazing
Roberto was our personal concierge who was magnificent along with Dario and Manny on the beach! My wife and I can’t wait to go back! From check in to check out, there is not a single thing I can think of that was not beyond exceptional.
Also, the spa needs to be on your must do list. Lilly was amazing! Such a wonderful resort! Best vacation!!!!!

Clean rooms with great ocean view. Food selection was great but not up to the mark. Didn’t like the group of people almost forcing you to buy future vacation package. Staffs were great and helpful!

和闺蜜去的，墨西哥人都好淳朴热情，感觉他们每个人都很开心，这家酒店餐厅也是不错的，法餐，铁板烧，phad thai一点都不敷衍
环境优美舒适
在我看来，这家度假村达不到五星级标准。虽然它提供全包式服务，但整体品质感觉一般，而且似乎更适合年龄较大的群体。
优点：
非常干净整洁的场地
美丽的沙滩
两家不错的餐厅：Oceana 和 Seaside Grill
客房服务出色可靠
缺点：
度假村设施陈旧，磨损明显
房间装修老旧，床铺不舒服
除了两家比较好的餐厅外，其他食物普遍平淡无奇，低于预期
部分员工缺乏专业精神，考虑到价格，这一点令人失望。
先说说缺点，这也是我们绝不会再来这家度假村的原因。
这家度假村就算建在沙漠中央也一样，根本没什么区别。它就是个山寨版的凯悦酒店（我来之前并不知道）。
房间里没有任何当地文化或主题装饰。唯一有点文化气息的就是自助餐厅，里面有一些墨西哥菜。
这家度假村广告上说是五星级全包度假村，哈！根本不可能！房间里没有酒，好吧，只有几瓶小啤酒和一堆汽水。高档酒只能在外面的酒吧喝。所有餐厅的牛肉都硬得不行，我干脆都不点了，全都退了回去。烤肋排又老又没味道，肋眼牛排筋也多，一点味道都没有。我跟经理反映情况，建议他们换个好点的肉，他们的回复居然是“我们会让他们在菠萝汁里泡久一点”，而不是“嘿，700多美元一天，你说得对，我们应该做得更好”。总之，整个全包式服务非常令人失望，远低于我去过的其他五星级全包式酒店的标准。
泳池酒吧还不错，虽然有些水下吧台凳已经生锈，而且会污染泳池。
房间和客房服务人员都很棒。夜床服务和清洁工作也无可挑剔。
水疗中心的价格简直离谱，按摩一小时就要250美元？不过，设施倒是很不错。水疗、桑拿和蒸汽房都很棒，布局和服务人员也都很出色。
所有人都非常友善，对我们的需求照顾周到。食物美味，饮品也棒极了，而且非常干净。唯一的不足是酒店需要维护；除此之外，它绝对是一家五星级酒店。
我喜欢这里的一切：房间、从抵达到离开工作人员的友好态度、食物的品质以及海滩。
