Tru is an excellent concept if you don't need much from a hotel room. The minimalist decor and modular furniture make this hotel ideal for when you are just passing through. Don't expect common inclusions like an ice bucket or mini soaps. The noise from the nearby main road can be loud at times, but the curtains do a good job of blocking light. Parking is ample and the staff is friendly. The included breakfast is simple, but is a great way to start the day and gets you fueled up to head out.

New hotel with nice facilities and very friendly staff. The breakfast is pretty lack-luster (powdered eggs, little and sad fruit). But otherwise a great stay!

Hospitality at Its Best with Tracy & Jada
Tracy was outstanding—always helpful, welcoming, and smiling from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of options and was truly enjoyable. A wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport! Jada greeted us with her bright, welcoming smile that instantly made us feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and truly made our experience enjoyable. Her warmth and professionalism stood out—thank you, Jada!
总的来说，品牌酒店还是有保证的，对于我们中国人来说，酒店大堂24小时热水是最舒心的。因为本次行程身体欠恙，所以热水就尤为重要。已经是第二次入住了。前台的人员也很NICE
设施很新，一楼有台球桌，可供旅客使用。
