Room was clean. The check-in was very smooth the room had a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was good except we had trouble getting into our room multiple times and they had to change the battery in our door to our room twice because our key cards weren’t working.

The guy at the Front Desk was so helpful and kind. I really appreciate it. I have consistently had a nice day at home 2 home hotels. They are clean, affordable, staff is always nice. I have nothing but good things to say.

The Customer Service here is what it used to be many years ago - excellent! Truly, you feel welcomed here. Of course the room was nice & clean but above all, the people made all the difference. Shoutout to Sylvester who kept checking in on us. Perhaps you should start training other people on what it is to exemplify excellence in customer service.
