I had a 3 night stay. When I returned to my room on both night 2 and 3, my room key would not work and I had to go to the office to have it fixed. The lady working the desk was on her phone both times and did not even look up until I spoke up. There was no apology for my trouble or anything. Just “What is your room number?”

Reviews on ******* are not accurate and I learned that the hard way. Room smells like mildew and bed was not cleaned had to buy our own blankets and air spray just to make it bearable.

Had to keep moving rooms. First one was a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking, next one smelled moldy, next one tv didn't work. On the positive side, the front desk staff person was very responsive and always tried to help fix things.

Shower rod tape up to stay up toilet started backing up next morning didn’t put anything but toilet paper in it breakfast was only put out when someone walked into get some food then one muffin a person was put out no other food offered
