Unfortunately, I did not have a very clean room. And end up having roaches.
The staff was friendly. However, this was quite a downside to my whole trip.
Waiting on compensation. They were very surprised that this happened.

Satisfactory stay. Do not expect a lot of extras when. you pay under 100 dollars . Had handicap room, well situated on lower floor. Had handicap accommodations. But had a tub shower. Expected a walk in shower, just strange. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, no fruit.
Room clean, and staff was very kind and helpful.

Needed some fresh air. Windows do not open, there is no exhaust fan in the room. Only 2 towels for 2 people. Horrible paint job everywhere in the motel including our room.

Room was dirty. There was tooth paste spit in the sink from the last person who stayed in he room. No hand soap, and just enough body wash for one shower. Breakfast was ok.

The room was great, loved the jacuzzi jet bath tub, breakfast was amazing, but the bed was super hard and I couldn’t sleep much on it.

We always stay at the Baymont/London on our trips between Georgia and Ohio. The property and the rooms are always very clean. The young lady at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, and see has worked there for a few years. Always a nice stay!

It is a wonderful hotel, super comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room, excellent breakfast with a lot of healthy choices. Will Stay there again. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Could improve the soundproofing; we could hear everything from the hall & outside.
For safety, add a non-slip surface to the tub. Extremely slippery when wet!!!

Only issue was with tv remote. Clerk came up immediately and fixed. Breakfast was perfect thought it was served until 10, but by 945 it was down
