We were greeted at reception and smoothly checkin by Aditi Gupta. She was kind to alot us nearby rooms at ground floor. She helped us at reception throughout our stay. Next I would like to mention Yogesh Mehta of F&B, who is dynamic and active all the times, taking care of all the needs.

Such an amazing experience in the resort. Good ambiance and perfect location for relaxation. We got mist both the days. Amenities was good, pool was superb. Staff members krishnaja, rishita, avinash were friendly and helpful. Ayurvedic spa was such a relaxation. Therapist silpa and jain is experienced hand. All staff members are an asset to the company. I've already recommended the resort to my friends and family

I recently stayed at Sterling Munnar Resort with my wife for our honeymoon, and it was a truly memorable experience. ✨ The ambience, hygiene, scenic beauty, and staff service were all excellent. A special mention to Avinash and Krishnaja from the team, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the road leading to the resort, so that guests can have a smoother ride to this wonderful destination. Highly recommended for couples and families alike! ❤️️

We stayed in room no 1206 the room was clean. Staff Tamil & Amritha are good at their work. We went for my daughter's first birthday and it was memorable. They provided baby food on the request which made my day. Pradeep was so helpful in the dining.

I recently stayed at the property again this January, and as I returned home, I carried with me not just memories—but a deep sense of warmth and belonging. Over the past four years, I have visited Sterling Munnar nearly 7–8 times. With every visit, my bond with the place and people over there has only grown stronger. The mist-covered hills, the peaceful surroundings, and the serene energy of the property make it a place I long to return to (Esp. my favourite Room # 1318). But beyond the breathtaking landscape, it is the people who truly make it special. I would like to especially acknowledge Mr. Shyju, the General Manager. His leadership is not just visible in operational excellence, but in the culture of care and respect that flows through the entire team. His man-management skills are remarkable, and the way he leads with humility, confidence, and genuine warmth makes a lasting impression. It is evident that the spirit of hospitality at Sterling Munnar is a reflection of his guidance. A very special and heartfelt mention must go to Mr. Yogesh. He ensures that every single stay of mine is comfortable, seamless, and thoughtfully handled. There is a personal touch in the way he takes care of guests, and that makes all the difference. His attentiveness and sincerity truly elevate the experience. People like him are an asset to your organisation. I would also like to appreciate wonderful team members like Pradeep, Bala, Saleem, and many others who consistently go the extra mile with their smiles and gracious service. They do not just serve guests—they make them feel valued and welcomed. Sterling Munnar has become more than just a holiday destination for me; it is a place of comfort, peace, and joy: My 2nd Home rather. Excellent stay from check in to till end. All staff are very supportive snd helpful. Would like to come back again. Yogesh Mehta is extremely nice person and made us feel like a home stay.

The resort is located 17 kms from main Munnar town and the drive covers most picturesque view of Lockhart tea gardens. The approach road is delipidated but the view from the resort is also very serene. The staff were very helpful and courteous. In case you are not tight on budgets, you must opt for Indulge Suite which offers double bay room with best view of sunrise across the mountains.
