We were greeted at reception and smoothly checkin by Aditi Gupta. She was kind to alot us nearby rooms at ground floor. She helped us at reception throughout our stay. Next I would like to mention Yogesh Mehta of F&B, who is dynamic and active all the times, taking care of all the needs.

Such an amazing experience in the resort. Good ambiance and perfect location for relaxation. We got mist both the days. Amenities was good, pool was superb. Staff members krishnaja, rishita, avinash were friendly and helpful. Ayurvedic spa was such a relaxation. Therapist silpa and jain is experienced hand. All staff members are an asset to the company. I've already recommended the resort to my friends and family

I recently stayed at Sterling Munnar Resort with my wife for our honeymoon, and it was a truly memorable experience. ✨ The ambience, hygiene, scenic beauty, and staff service were all excellent. A special mention to Avinash and Krishnaja from the team, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the road leading to the resort, so that guests can have a smoother ride to this wonderful destination. Highly recommended for couples and families alike! ❤️️

Property is nice and good to roam around. checkin/checkout is smooth.They do have option for few activities for kids. Food is extremely expensive even from the standard of 5 star. food quality is just ok. recommended - Take food at club Mahindra which is just the next property and had great food at reasonable price.

Had a comfortable stay here during the June monsoon, the views are amazing, the place has so many activities to offer, the rooms are clean, spacious and cozy, the food- delicious, the service- great, Prakash was of great help. Overall, a lovely time.

The 2 km road leading to Sterling Munnar was like driving on the craters of the moon, I fail to understand while the rest of the roads we travelled in Kerala (baring the under construction) road were very good, how come the road leading to the two resorts Club Mahindra and Sterling were so badly neglected beats me. The second issue is the pricing of the food in the restaurant was day light robbery Rs775/- plus GST for breakfast and Rs1299/- plus GST for Lunch/Dinner was ridiculous. This was a way Sterling is saying "you please don't eat here" . We had meal for 6 of us for less than 1200/- at a great place called Maxi Munnar. Sterling management just want to rob its helpless members who have signed up with them for years.

We had a fantastic stay at Sterling in Munnar! Incredible food with a huge variety, lovely and spacious rooms, and friendly and professional service from every employee. Thanks especially to Adithyan food and drink service supervisor and Sukesh front of house manager! They made us feel so welcome.

我们在这里住了大概四晚，因为太棒了还延长了入住时间！周边有很多好玩的地方，员工们也都很棒，非常乐于助人。
它应该是四星级的，被我们的旅行社催促取代了我们拒绝的曼纳尔皇后酒店。他还给我们升级了房间，住的是尊贵房。 办理登机手续是我一生中最长的一次，他们还想要一份入境签证的副本，但这不可能是政府命令，因为他们没有在另一次提前两个小时索取。 这家酒店也声称是四星级，从网站上的照片来看，它似乎值得四星级。遗憾的是它们与现实不相符：每个人都可以看到我为我们房间拍摄的照片的差异。我想补充一点，没有保险箱，甚至没有吹风机。 更不用说这张床只比一张大号法式床大一点了。下午1.15我们回到酒店，房间还没有整理。他们更喜欢没有客人的房间（叹息！）。 然后他们从下午2点到4点在我们的窗下组织工作，不让我们休息。如果你在这里用餐，自助服务会吃得很好。 Wi-Fi 工作时断时续。 工作人员总是友好且乐于助人。 酒店需要对客房和建筑物进行认真的重新设计，这些客房和建筑物现在由于维护不善而显得半废弃。 在我看来，他们网站上的照片与我房间的实际情况不符，至少可以说是对客户的严重缺乏尊重。 除非由于缺乏其他选择而被迫，否则我不会回去。
