We had a wonderful experience during the Gudampara Jungle Safari trip. The hospitality provided by Mr. Sajin and Mr. Raja was excellent—warm, friendly, and very well managed. They made everyone feel comfortable and took great care of the group throughout the trip. The magic show was truly entertaining and added a special touch to the safari experience. It was engaging, fun, and enjoyed by both adults and children. Overall, it was a memorable trip with great hospitality and delightful entertainment. Highly recommended for anyone planning a Gudampara Jungle Safari!

Worst experience. Impolite staff. For all issues we called , they asked us to come to reception as they can’t help out. The Manager is too busy to assist. Housekeeping was more eager to disconnect rather than listening to us. Inadequate towels , small issues not expected in a so called 5 star. So unfortunate to experience first time Kerala with Mahindra

Don’t ever book or come here . We were two couples with a family / cottage booking at Club Mahindra Munnar .Approach road to the property is a broken path totally bone shaking . At the start the entire staff at reception looked and behaved liked total novices . They were most concerned with form filling rather than customer experience.The cottages had the smell of dirty stagnant water.The chairs were rickety and about to break all had to be changed . The sofa upholstery was old and in need of immediate change. There were no drinking water glasses or cups to drink water / tea. Wifi was not connecting due to wrong DOB entry by reception staff . Finally some staff did wake up to the situation but it was superficial. Deeply saddened, I kept asking myself why did I ever choose this place .

We stay for two nights at the Hotel Unit Suite . It had the best of view and super comfort . The hospitality staff led by Mr Bala did an excellent job of making us feel at home . Mt Chandran and his team at reception was very efficient and responsive . He ensured that we are received and despatched with care . Thanks a lot well done .

I am a member of the MH group. Quality of service,etiquette, hygiene has declined over the years . It proves to be a waste investment. Munnar is congested and parking is a night mare . Monkeys are a real menace everywhere . The group as such is exhibiting lack of proper management. The tele callers prompting timely payment of ASF do not know to start and end a call politely and they often proceed with the jargons which have become obsolete .

Such a disappointment. Resort is a bad shape. Rooms are locked. Only few rooms opened which are in bad shape. Food lounge has no staff. We have to remove our plates and keep it aside. Food bad. They are going to renovate in Feb. till then all guest have to suffer . Better stop going till the resort is done up again. Staff is also fed up and not responsive as they know they are forced to work in this circumstance
