酒店回复: Dear Hoi Yin, after checking in your room you did have a duvet in the separate bed, but you did not unmake the bed to notice it, so you slept on top of the duvet the first night. Despite this, the night receptionist still gave you a fleece, then the second night, I myself gave you a second duvet despite the presence of your unused duvet in the bed.We have tried to do our best to satisfy you.
