The girl that checked us in was really nice. The girl that worked overnight wasn’t. She was very rude. It has snowed overnight so we used the loading area to load up in the morning away from the snow. She told my husband that he ruined her view. That she was trying to smoke a cigarette and he was in her way. The shower was cold, and the bed no so comfy. I have no clue how it had such good reviews. Next time I will check real reviews, not the ones on *******.

Horrible experience from the start. Couldn't get through to property to let them know we would have a late check in. Sent message through Orbitz and were told we would get a confirmation message via email. Nothing. Their excuse, short-staffed. Checked in, no welcome, how are you, enjoy your stay, etc. First thing this morning, 8:30, Our door was unlocked and OPENED, while my husband and I, still in bed, yelled NO!. Luckily, we had the lock over top of the door. My husband went immediately to the desk. Their excuse, someone did an early check-out, and the wrong room number was written down and they were coming in to clean the room. NEVER, in the years of traveling have we had this happen, because it shouldn't! No attempt to make any rectification by desk staff. Thank you to Orbitz for making sure our voice was heard!
