Room was nice and big. Beds were wonderful. Toilet was very wobbly tho. Other then that, staff was wonderful as well. I accidentally forgot my Birkenstock sandals there, I called them, they made sure I was able to get them back. Front desk was great to work with.

Hotel is okay, good enough for a quick stay or emergency. However I was unsatisfied with the cleanness and customer service. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty had dust and hair still. The shower and sink was still dirty. It is supposed to be a non smoking building and our room spelled like pure cigarettes. We requested a high floor and still could hear people banging on the walls and walking etc late at night. Customer service was horrible when calling and in person. Will definitely not be coming back!

The breakfast was rather poor. Wish there was yogurt. The
biscuits were extremely hard, the milk in the cartons were frozen. The sausage was of poor quality.

We had a 2-room suite which was nice and spacious. Hotel was clean and employees were personable. Breakfast was average hotel fare; eggs, sausage, cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, juices, etc.

The staff was exceptional, especially Sam at the front desk. Anything we needed he took care of. He was also very nice and friendly. the only negative would be the washing machines did not work and the Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast every morning was very good for a free meal. When we go back to see our kids this is were we will stay.

Whoever is on the third floor cause I was in 322. That room stinks extremely bad. It smells like Indian spice and it does not go away. It made me sick and I smelled like that for two days.

Some great, some improvement.
Clean hotel, breakfast area was clean and stocked during the serving times, and tasted delicious! Our biggest dispointmemt was our king size bed which was way too hard for us. It was painful getting out of bed in the morning for me. The floor also creaked when walking on it, hopefully we did disturb people below us.
