The room smelled of dust from the heaters. All of the breakfast items which should have been hot were very cold.

I was there for a family funeral. They provided me with a quiet room that was VERY comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was walking distance to numerous eateries. It was a good choice.

The room was stuffy, we slept with air conditioning on, the temperature outside was in the 40’s. No house keeping for one of the days. Some confusion about are room, both by maintenance and the person at the desk.

Refrigerator was not cleaned out.
Our refrigerator did not work and the last person who stayed there left a box with pizza in it that was very moldy.

Room was nice and big. Beds were wonderful. Toilet was very wobbly tho. Other then that, staff was wonderful as well. I accidentally forgot my Birkenstock sandals there, I called them, they made sure I was able to get them back. Front desk was great to work with.

Room mix up after paying for a different room with no refund. Staff was friendly enough. It's a Best Western, you get what you pay for. We stayed here because wedding party picked this hotel for location.

Hotel is okay, good enough for a quick stay or emergency. However I was unsatisfied with the cleanness and customer service. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty had dust and hair still. The shower and sink was still dirty. It is supposed to be a non smoking building and our room spelled like pure cigarettes. We requested a high floor and still could hear people banging on the walls and walking etc late at night. Customer service was horrible when calling and in person. Will definitely not be coming back!
