The remodel is almost complete but we are sorry that it does impact the guests as we try to deliver a new experience. We have both breakfast rates and non-breakfast rates as we are a full service hotel with a leased restaurant, Old Chicago, on site. Our sister property, the Express, has breakfast (eat or grab and go) included if that works better for you.

Convenient location, a large parking area, and spacious room were the highlights of this hotel. The beds were comfortable too. Would have liked more full sized towels as we had 3 people staying in the room with two queen beds but only two towels.

The room was very clean but tiny and barely any room to move around. Felt like staying in a closet. We liked the outdoor balcony that our room had because it helped add a bit of space. The breakfast was terrible. It’s a coupon voucher to eat at the adjoining Old Chicago pizza restaurant and the adult and kids menu was so limited and the food was terrible.

We do have some smaller rooms that we sell at a discounted rate, but we try to upgrade guests if we are not sold out, so I am sorry we missed doing that for you. Most people enjoy the convenience of the Old Chicago on site and the $5 breakfast offering of 2 eggs, 2 pieces of meat and 2 pancakes with juice or coffee. We do sell both breakfast rates and non-breakfast rates so people can choose to eat where they choose. We hope you had safe travels.

The staff was professional and the lobby was clean and updated. However, they're doing renovations in the hallway leading to our room, so there was no carpet but a sticky pad that we had to walk on to and from the room. Also, there was a worker sanding the hallway floors outside our room.
