We had to change rooms due to the door lock nit working. The room we changed to, the deadbolt was completely busted, and the entire locking assembly door looked as tho a cro-bar has been used and was horrendous. Beyond that the room was great, it was clean and although lacking quality customer service skills the front attendant did his job and was pleasant. The lock situation felt unsafe, but the property outside felt safe enough.

We were going to the Xfinity Center for a concert and picked a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to the concert and returning after. Having the 99 restaurant within walking distance was great. The room was nice, clean, and quite. Would stay there again.

一月份预订的时候，我特意订了一间无障碍客房，因为我妈妈坐轮椅。结果我们根本没拿到无障碍客房。淋浴间是浴缸式的，床离地很高，门也很窄，我妈妈坐着轮椅都很难通过。我从来没对一家酒店这么失望过。我妈妈只能睡在轮椅上，因为她根本上不了床。前台的人告诉我：“不好意思，今晚客满了，我们没有空房可以给您换。” 这简直是我听过最扯淡的借口。我在酒店工作，我知道他们至少会预留一间房，以备不时之需，比如这种情况或者紧急情况。
员工态度很好，但是电梯坏了，房间破旧过时，房间里还有两个未开封的避孕套，毛巾和洗脸巾可能从来没换过，又薄又脏，电视机也很老旧，房间里还有一股怪味。急需翻新！
这家酒店非常令人失望。噪音太大，我们每晚都睡不着觉，甚至被吵醒。酒店本身也需要很多维修和/或翻新。就连毛巾都破旧不堪。
早餐还可以，选择不少，咖啡也不错。
但我以后不会再预订这家酒店了。
去别的地方吧。
我订这家酒店的唯一原因就是为了按摩浴缸。结果浴缸坏了。我跟工作人员说了，他们根本不在乎。
不错，但是对于无烟酒店来说，烟味和********的味道很大。去掉地毯就好了
