There isn't an elevator. The room was not clean the towels were stained the bed was hard the pillows were flat. Overall not a good experience at all we will not be back.

Liked the price. Liked space of room. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff was friendly.

Did not like breakfast (limited in quality and options); also only 6am-8:30am. Key cards to room stopped working and had to get them re-keyed. Direct TV in room TV did not work, even when not raining. Room was clean enough, but not great. Shower/bath stopper did not work, preventing giving a bath to child.

The bed was comfy but the room was partially outdated or looked like it had been through it. The chair that was in the corner was looking suspicious. Staff was not super nice but they did help when the keys were not working. Overall, this place needs a little help but seems to be worth the price.

The only problem we had was that when we got back to our room on day 2, the bathroom had an odor that wouldn't go away. I sprayed both lysol and frebreeze but the odor didn't leave, possibly coming from the floor drain.

Sub-par

Towels looked filthy, toilet overflowed and front desk worker provided plunger and said we would have to plunge since we used too much TP. That was not the case. The toilet hardly flushed The room smelled of mildew. Will not be returning here.

The service was top notch. Desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was sparse and the rooms felt a little dated, but it was a good value for the price. I felt safe the whole time. We would stay here again.
