The room smelled like a dirty AC filter. Lots of flies. The beds are DOUBLE, Not Queen. Hard and they had some kind of metal on the sides that were in the way. Breakfast was sausage, gravy, biscuits, no milk, juice, cereal, or eggs. We got there ant 8:30 annd there was nobody else there, and there was no food. Employee was mopping lobby floor during breakfast hours, which I thought was unsafe. Property is old and in need of major upgrades. Don’t let the pics fool

Only one person on staff. She worked hard and did her best. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. Not a holiday destination place, but good enough for an overnight stay. There was only cereal for breakfast.

Terrible place.
The room was awful. Smelled terrible. The room was loaded with flies. Ice machine didn't work.

We have a lot of workers who fill coolers up every morning and use a lot of ice. The issue with the flies I'm not sure what you mean by full is there 1 or 2 or could you not get in the room because of the flies. It's summer time and in the south we have flies, I'm sorry but we do what we can to keep them out and the smell I wish you could have been more clear to what kind it was so we can address the issue, again thank you for your review.

Sleep in your Car
The place was an absolute dump. There was no extra pillows. There was only one towel in the bathroom. There were bugs in the room. There’s no way they should be charging $100 a night for that dump. I wouldn’t pay $15 a night for that piece of crap place

People were very nice. Room was clean . Everthing just needs to be updated. Ice machine was way back in building. Just to stay one night ok. Other than one night dont have the amenities i would like.

酒店回复: Hello and thank you for your review. We have 3 ice machines, one in the office, one in laundry and another in the middle of the hotel where our drink machines are. We offer fridge microwave, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee pot and coffee, I'm not sure what else you would need.

Well, open the door and a roach laying on the floor. Flies omg need a fly swapper. I don't know why I even stayed I should have got a refund and stayed in our vehicle. Pitiful

Property was dirty, load traffic noise, loud pickups in the parking lots which included the drunks. interior of the room was a disgrace, door handles to the bathroom did not fit, the bathroom door was stained from dirty hands.
The furniture in the room was disgustingly dirty, the chair at the desk was torn. I was surprised as to how degraded the property was and stilling billing at such a high rate. I will never stay there again for health reasons. One has no idea what is clean and what is worn vs. dirty.
I should have realized the area was unsafe based on the clerk being behind safety glass as soon as the sun went down. My recommendation would be to bulldoze the place and build something decent but the people they serve would just destroy the next facility. The property is so far back off the mainstream of traffic it's dark when you approach the hotel.

I'm sure with you going through a third party you didn't pay very much more than 60 for the room and as for as our hotel being dirty sir we clean our rooms every day. We also have new furniture in every room. We can't do much about what goes on outside but we do try to keep the noise down. I was wondering did you call the front desk and say anything to them because they would have went and said something if you would have told them that you had a problem. I'm sure that this is not the first hotel you have stayed at so as you know at night they always use a night window not because it's unsafe but because we close off the lobby and it's to keep the people out. I'm really sorry you had so many problems however the next time you can always come to the front or even call the front desk and they will take care of it.

Shower didn't get hot but the water in the sink was scalding hot. Spider webs were everywhere. The heating/cooling unit was busted open and didn't work properly. Wifi kept stopping and starting. I was informed by front desk that there was no clean sheets and towels because they were locked up and she didn't have a key and the laundry machines were broken.

I would like to ask if you have so many complaints why did you not report them to the office or at least ask for another room. We always have access to clean linen but when you rent a room here there's already clean sheets on the bed our housekeepers change them after each guest. I did check the room for spider webs and found one small one in the corner and the housekeeper took care of that also. We have new machines for the laundry and are waiting for the company to come install them. Again thank you for your review and we hope to see you again soon

Review before Stay
The room was clean enough to stay and not go elsewhere. Property need updating. Staff charged my card before I arrived and again at departure causing overcharge. I was there 2 days front desk said I never checked in, but was charged the before arrival. Staff need to communicate with one another or at least pay attention to reservations and room assignments.

I found a roach in the room and door was not hung properly and scrapped the floor and was very hard to close. Molding was coming off of the wall and room had a off smell. The buffet had no eggs was not expecting any for a few days. Wal-Mart is across the street and had plenty.
