The hotel was as I expected it to be. A budget hotel isn't the most glamorous place, but it serves its purpose for a night or two. Front desk customer service was great. Very friendly and responsive. Breakfast area was clean and tidy. Free parking was ample. I also liked having a mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, but not spotless. Housekeeping was visible and working throughout our stay, which was nice to see. Checkout was a breeze and I didn't wait at all. Location is great, just off the highway and easy access to Walmart, ESU, and the hospital. As far as things that could be improved... There was a faint smoky smell on our floor, which means people weren't following the no smoking policy. There was also a wacky guest yelling in the hallway during the night, some kind of verbal altercation happening. Makes you wonder what type of characters the hotel is attracting. Maybe this says more about the guests than the hotel itself, not sure. Overall, not a bad stay but not great either. I wouldn't stay here long term, but for a night or two it would be fine for people on a budget.

The young man at the desk on the morning of checkout and the couple in the hall cleaning the rooms had a very friendly vibe. They seemed very authentic and nice. Given the value and price and convenience, we look forward to staying there again.

入住期间工作人员态度粗鲁，窗外装修工人吵闹到晚上8点，隔音效果差，房间门缝隙很大，能闻到每个人晚餐的味道，床很不舒服，床罩很脏，墙壁和浴室地板上有污渍。不推荐。
经理和店员指责我和夫人在房间里吸烟，要知道，整个汽车旅馆都弥漫着一股弗吉尼亚香烟的味道。他们非常不专业，我们最后只好离开了。
