The room was filthy. There was mold and mildew around the toilet floors and the was open electrical wiring in the bathroom.
Our room wasn’t cleaned and we were not provided new towels.
There were bugs in the room. They did not advertise that the pool was closed and under construction. They emailed me at check i to tel me that.
Our comforter had stains on them. The bathtub had rust
Upon arrival no staff were available. Whenever staff were needed we could not find them.
When i did requested a receipt upon checkout, they refunded to give me one.

As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like a damp towel was stuck in the air vent. The whole room smelled wet and also felt wet.

I get there and the room smelled really musty and old. I had asked for an air freshener or something for in there and was not able to get anything other than a cleaning spray. The floor inside of the bathroom and the rest of the room was super slippery and I had almost fallen a couple of times because of it. With paying $162 for a room I was hoping that those things would have been taken care of and I was not happy that I basically wasted that much money because of it. I honestly don't think I will come back unless something is different in the future. I do come out there for work at least twice a month and was looking for a place that would be able to accommodate but I am unsure now.

Not as shown in pictures on the website. Thought we were paying for a room with a tub because it’s in the pictures. We did not get a room with a tub. The pool was shut down by the health department wasn’t made aware of this till we passed by the pool. Water stains and looked like mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Humidity levels so high everything felt wet your feet would slide with or without shoes on the bathroom floor just standing there. The air didn’t work well so was hot all night. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Did not eat breakfast was unsure of the breakfast since health department shut the pool down. Plastic bag over smoke detector.

Arrived at room and a cockroach ran accross the floor, then lookednon the bed and found bed bugs. Left immediately and did not stay. Buildingbin bad shape walking in and pool under construction. Nightmare for how much they charge!

Paid for a jacuzzi room the lady didnt say anything to me gave me my key got to the room and its not the room i paid for went back down to talk to her and she said someone already get that room so i just gave you a regular room i paid 400 for 2 nights wasnt even in there 10 mins and they would not give me my money back
