It was dirty not clean at all pool was closed and was not told before we arrived customer service was horrible tried to complain All we got told was there was nothing they could do

Paid for a jacuzzi room the lady didnt say anything to me gave me my key got to the room and its not the room i paid for went back down to talk to her and she said someone already get that room so i just gave you a regular room i paid 400 for 2 nights wasnt even in there 10 mins and they would not give me my money back

Walking into our room felt like walking into an indoor pool due to humidity/water saturation in the air. The air conditioner was working, but the air was so humid that every surface in the room had a sheen to it and felt wet. My wife and I had to be very careful even walking around to not slip. Even the notepad and paper in the room were curled due to the humidity. Although the staff was nice and common areas near and clean, the room conditions led to a very uncomfortable night.

TOTAL OPPOSITE OF “QUALITY” INN!!
Unexpectedly dirty! Smells of urine and mold. Mold growing in bathroom. We didn’t even want to use the shower. Floors were so dirty adults wore shoes and socks- now stained black! Kids were confined to beds because it was too dirty and gross to let them walk or play in the floors.
We checked in around 9/9:30 after 9 hours on the road with two little kids, too late and too tired to look for different accommodation. We checked out first thing next morning.

Room was not the cleanest, pool is under construction, flooring coming up in the elevator.
Asked the staff to change the channel at breakfast because I am not a fan of Joel Olsteen and his mega "church". The staff member was put off, but changed the channel. She then proceeded to blast religion from her phone loud enough it drowned out the TV.
