Very Nice Boutique hotel. We'll maintained and very hospitable staff. Food is good too. Mr. Kaushik Ghosh and his team are doing a superb job. Highly recommended hotel to stay.

Excellent stay. The place is amazing. Staff outstanding. Special mention of Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Ajit. Food is extraordinarily good and the rest of the staff extremely prompt. Worth a stay if in Mussoorie. Find two pet cats out there Sundari and Yuvraj who will also keep you engaged. Loved it.

My stay at the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all amenities. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The location was perfect.specially thanks to Mr. Dinesh singh front office..

Abysmal experience at Claridges. Overpriced, tasteless food and shockingly rude senior management... Zero professionalism, completely unacceptable for a luxury hotel. Biggest disappointment, won't be recommending.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Nabha Residences, Claridges, Mussoorie where hospitality is not just promised but genuinely delivered. From the moment of booking to the entire stay, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and warmth. A special mention to Shivank for our memorable breakfast and the Booking & Front Office Team for their seamless coordination and courteous service. The front office staff — Dinesh Sindhwal, Shivank, and Hiritik — were extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the stay smooth and comfortable. The Housekeeping Team, especially Mohit Kumar, Mandeep, and Abhishak, maintained exceptional cleanliness and ensured that every detail was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The experience was further enhanced by the F&B Team, with special appreciation for Shalindra Gusain, whose service and hospitality added a delightful touch to the overall stay. Thank you to the entire team at Nabha Residences, Claridges, for setting such high standards of hospitality. I truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and I look forward to returning again.

Had an excellent stay at the royal property with my family for 4 days during summers!! Great food and wonderful hospitality by restaurant staff. Room service was impeccable. Property is a paradise in itself. Had the opportunity to meet His Excellency Raja ji and his family. Location is very convenient. Only two concerns were there - monkeys and few unruly guests. Rest everything else was beyond expectation. Overall value 4.5/5
