Overall, the rooms just need to be modified. Rented a suite, big rips in the carpet, the carpet was filthy for kids to play on. Bathroom was old too.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Everything was good, but there was an obvious smell of cigarette smoke in the room when it’s supposed to be an all non-smoking hotel. Otherwise, everything was clean and comfortable.

In addition to the extra cleaning we usually add an extra charge onto their folio, as it causes frustration for our other guests and our housekeeping staff. Should you decide to stay again, let us know. We'd be happy to try to make it up to you. Thank you, again, for letting us know.

My Stay
My room was very clean and comfortable. The check in was friendly. The only complaint I would have is the muffins/bread items didn't seem fresh. The muffins were very sticky and the cinnamon bread was very dry.

We stayed in the largest room- 2 bedroom suite. The carpet was ancient probably original to the property. Holes all over and threadbare. I wore socks to avoid whatever was living in the carpeting. The lamp in main room was wobbly and the shade was damaged with tears. The coffee was honestly disgusting- no flavor. Breakfast below even an ultra budget hotel. Very disappointed in our stay overall. I will say the beds were very good and bedding and sheets also good.

Our truck was vandalized. Did not feel safe at the property and switched to a different hotel across town. Multiple people lingering outside. Was in the room for a few hours + it smelled super musty in the room upon arrival.

I have tried to watch our video to see who borrowed the supplies it was written on. It was definitely not necessary or appropriate.
