非常差,订个KING ROOM 竟然给双床,告诉他搞错了,竟然和我说can combine the beds. ****!
床单,毛巾脏兮兮,黑黑的。退房时尽然没人,等了好久!各种的无礼和粗鲁!
谈不上服务,缺少培训。
在卢迪亚纳的凯悦酒店住得很愉快。客房服务特别周到,满足了我们的一切需求。酒店干净整洁,员工也很友好。

位置很好
尽管我预订的是俱乐部房,但房间却充满霉味,标准也很差。工作人员培训不足。我反复抱怨后,他们才帮我换了房间,因为霉味让我的过敏加剧了。
入住过程非常漫长。工作人员告诉我们,准备房间只需10分钟。经过多次询问,他们花了2个小时才准备好房间。
我们在房间里发现了蟑螂。
我给弟弟订了行政套房。他和他老婆那天早些时候结婚了。我和表弟提前四个小时到柜台,要求用鲜花、巧克力和香槟来装饰房间。柜台人员打了个电话,然后说好的,就这么办。我们带着弟弟和他老婆来到酒店,帮他们办理了入住手续,然后就去了房间。结果他们居然只放了9-10片假树叶和2条毛巾,就这些。巧克力和香槟都没放。太失望了。经理一点帮助都没有。他竟然在凌晨1点左右非工作时间打电话给那名员工,而不是以经理的身份承担责任来帮忙解决问题。真是糟糕的经理。
