Pretty sketchy room. Bathroom was pretty rough looking hadn’t been remodeled in quite some time. Parking pretty strange as well. The staff was wonderful though.

When i got to my room after checking in, i found old water bottles on table and night stand. Old key cards were on counter by door. Open bar of soap in shower. Receipt left on table from oct 20. Mind you my stay was oct 24. They couldnt get me a different room as the hotel was fully booked.

My stay was not pleasant at all
I had asked for a handicap room with a handicap bathroom. I got a room with 2 double beds. The curtains did not close all the way , the light from the street came in and the need to be replace . There was mold around the shower and toilet paper cleaner . The smell of the places was over baring as if they were trying to cover up another smell. Staff was not very friendly.

The room was hot when we arrived but cooled down fine. I didnt eat breakfast. The room was ok but dated. The tub didn't drain well and it felt unstable. There was rust/stain in the tub as well. Our tv did not have a working remote. It was replaced but still did not work so we didnt use the tv.

Water was off for several hours. Air conditioner didn't work properly even after assistance, shower curtain rods were coming out of the walls and water went all over the floor while showering, TV was confusing and channels were not displayed with the network. Staff member was dismissive of my complaints and said they knew about the issues. So why rent the room for premium cost while knowing it had problems?

Hotel needs updating!!
Hotel was not clean in the bathrooms especially the shower area. Carpet was extremely old and seemed to have a smell. In fact the whole place had a funky smell. Curtains were not adequate to block the bright parking lot lights. Vending machine took our money also.

I had car trouble and this sweet town was so helpful. I left my charger in my car and the front desk lady let me use hers. It was so kind!
