The hot water wasn't working.I had to drive around to report this to the office when I got there.The guy act like he didn't careThe phone was not hooked up.It was so sticky and nasty

Never again
Area was so sketchy, I checked in , went to park, looked around and didn’t even get out my vehicle to go into the room! Wasted time and money , never again! When visiting the Hattiesburg area make sure to spend the extra money to get a place that’s not trapped out , lots of traffic around the area if you get my drift !

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL
The floors has so much dirt/trash it was ridiculous. The bathroom at was dirty. Hair in the tub, sink and other particles.

The first room had flies (dead and alive). They changed rooms and that one was infested with roaches.

Worst Experience I have ever had
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. People started screaming in the parking lot around 10:30 at night, the door key was broken and manager had to open the room door for us-we could not leave the room without locking ourselves out, the bed sheets were stained and nasty, there was urine on the toilet lid and bathroom floor in front of toilet, someone sat in their car in front of our room with loud music blasting all night. We could not stay and left at 4 in the morning. Hotel refused to refund us any money and said they were not responsible for any of the issues we were subjected to-including the fact the room door was broken.

Easy. Convenient. Some problems at checkin , ******* was slow getting reservation in. But went to eat, came back later, all ok.
