The hotel is older and needs some minor repairs. The beds are amazing!! Everyone slept great. The staff is great and attentive. We will definitely stay next time in town.

除了没有选择海景房
客房和清洁服务人员的服务未达到我的预期。
浴室水压极低，几乎无法淋浴。装满一杯10盎司的水竟然要15秒！
微波炉旁的洗手池水压却很充足。
清洁人员没有更换咖啡包、杯子或毛巾。第二天我只有两条毛巾，而不是四条。第二天早上我不得不去前台领取咖啡杯和咖啡包。
我之前住过大西洋大道上的好几家酒店，也听说过拉斯维加斯永利酒店的名声，所以这家酒店的“破旧”和“简陋”程度着实让我惊讶。
员工都穿着自己的便服，非常随意。
我要求叫醒服务，但一直没收到，这给我参加的会议造成了不小的影响。
这家酒店实在没什么特别之处，也没什么值得一提的。
餐厅的食物很好吃。所有员工都很友好。海景很棒。但是酒店设施很老旧。泳池和热水浴缸又脏又暗，还长满了藻类。我在房间里的床裙下面发现了垃圾，但那不是我们的。地毯破了，也很脏。淋浴间的瓷砖缝隙里有皂垢和霉菌。我不会再住这家酒店了。
我们等了半个小时才进房间，钥匙打不开门。我妻子75岁，我72岁，浴室里有个浴缸，我们得爬过去才能淋浴。而且淋浴间里还有一只蟑螂。
非常不满意，很失望。
房间虽然干净，但非常陈旧，油漆剥落，浴室没有通风口，按摩浴缸周围的瓷砖开裂且修补得很差。
房间里有蟑螂。窗帘快掉了。桌子上的贴面都脱落了。以后不会再住这里了。
