入住皇家卡哈纳酒店（Royal Kahana）令我兴奋不已。根据网上的图片，我以为房间会很宽敞。但一到酒店，我却发现情况完全不是这样。酒店老旧破败，前门有时打不开，我们进不去。马桶能正常运转，炉灶上有几个炉头坏了。酒店没有洗碗机。我女儿带我们去游泳池游泳，但卡鲁鲁（Kalulu）水果拖车上却没有人按预定时间操作。我们刚入住时，前台等了好一会儿才有人来接我们。我之前不知道需要额外支付停车费，以为这算在酒店住宿费里。酒店施工现场很糟糕，噪音很大。酒店外观看起来破败不堪，就像贫民窟一样。我讨厌写差评；然而，有时他们需要把一切都整理好，才能让一切变得完美。

我去年12月预订了这家酒店，打算4月和孩子们一起去春假。抵达后，酒店里到处都是施工设备，这可不是你在天堂度假时想看到的景象。我决定忍住不说，好好享受假期，别吵架，就忍受一下酒店外观的难看吧。我们周五到的，周一早上就彻底乱套了。六七个工人不停地用风镐凿岩，声音又大又响，早上8点就把大家都吵醒了。噪音每天都持续到下午5点左右。我三个多月前就预订了这家酒店，感觉像*******或Outrigger至少应该发邮件通知我一下正在施工，让我可以选择预订其他酒店。我觉得，他们拿到了我辛苦赚来的钱，而且预订不可退款，他们就觉得我被坑了。这是我迄今为止最糟糕的度假经历。本来计划是在泳池边安静地放松一下，但因为持续不断的风镐声，计划泡汤了。前台毫无歉意，只是把这当成一件很平常的事，我应该接受。他们至少应该提供一些折扣，但他们什么都没提供。我住过这家酒店大约六次，这是最后一次了。我不需要物业经理的那些胡扯回复。给我退款吧。

The property is non smoking although the neighbors next to us were smoking we mentioned it to the desk and they offered for us to switch rooms we declined as we had already been there a few days but they did speak with the neighbors and this seemed to help as there were no more smell of cigarette smoke

This is technically my second time staying here, albeit 16 years apart in visits. As someone with a disability I want to say the property is so accessible. Being in a pool is always a pain for me but the stairs in and out here are so great. I would recommend anyone stay here. The staff was friendly, the views are beautiful and the location makes it easy to pop in and out as needed.
