Great property, great location. Lack of Valet, was never there had to self park after paying for the valet service. Only complaint..

Beach view, semi pet friendly, walkable area, and Willet’s is yummy.
Here are the cons: we wanted our room clean one of the days we stayed but we wanted to make sure we were out of the room whenever they came. We started calling them at 11:30 and they said they would send someone right up. We actually had to ask them four times and it took four hours for someone to finally come. They kept saying they were sending someone right up every time we ask them. It was kind of absurd.

This is a great location on Jekyll Island. It’s a beautiful property right on the ocean. Like most Westin hotels, it’s overpriced. The resort fee and taxes will add an extra $40 a night. Don’t expect coffee in the morning unless you wanna pay nine dollars at their Starbucks.
