No lighting on the building sign was not lit drove around the block 2 or 3 times looking for the hotel. When we finally found the entrance, we hit a huge pothole I'm talking 3-4 feet wide 10-12 inches deep that we could not see because of no lights in the parking lot. The picture shown in the advertisement looks nothing like what it actually looks like. Breakfast consisted of waffles, 1 apple, 6 oranges and an orange juice machine that was out of order. This hotel should be shut down till all renovations are complete and the parking lot is repaved, potholes everywhere. I will not return to this or any Whyndum properties.

The hotel and room was clean, but there were a lot of little bits of disrepair. Chipped and peeling paint on the exterior, rough and pothole filled parking lot, broken tiles in the lobby, damaged drywall in the rooms.
There was also a very limited selection for breakfast and the juice machine was out of order all week.

Customer service was well and expected there is only so much the the host can co trol but the property and rooms were of poor quality. Two of the back doors did not lock for those going in and out as they please. Parking lots is nothing but potholes. Lighting in the hall ways is very poor. My room had two bulbs blown. Did a good check for bedbugs and nothing that was a good thing.i will not recommend. The pool was less than impressive tiles chipping and unsafe. Dirty all around the carpet stains were curious and plain raised too many questions for a second booking
