This hotel was nice for our 4 day stay in Texas. We had a room with a kitchenette, it was very spacious and allowed for our small children to be busy. One burner on the stove didn’t work so we had to cook in batches. It’s near many stores and amenities with easy access to major roadways. Over all a nice place to stay and not have to eat out each meal.

Good value stay
Was a stopover on my way home. Check in was good and staff was friendly. Room was clean and smell free. Despite being next to the highway it was quiet enough especially from other guests. Good value.

I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay because of how dirty it was staff was rude there were people live it front of the hotel didn’t feel safe

Motel room review
The room had roaches and the towels had stains on them I know it’s a cheaper hotel but other locations for this hotel chain are much cleaner and not bug infested .

My room key stopped working and when I went to get a new key the room was under someone else's name.. I paid for a week. I showed the reservation with it being under my name. They still would not give me another key. There was no resolve.. huge inconvenience. I managed to get the key working but I couldn't leave the room. I have no idea how the room was under someones else's name (Armando). Makes no sense. I will never go back. The willingness to not help was disappointimg. They made a mistake end didn't have a resolution.

I had a delay in checking in due to vehicle issues the room was reserved for Saturday through Sunday. Yes I understand there is a check in, and out time what I don’t understand is the room is reserved till (check out) time. So I should be able to get the room NO MATTER the time I check in till it’s time to check out. Motel 6 in Lancaster Tx wanted to change me for the room, but let me check in because I only had 5 hours till check out. I paid to have that room for 3pm Saturday till 11am Sunday so what was the issue!!!!!!
