Check in and staff were great. Walked into the room and COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!! EVEN ON THE BEDS AND IN THE TUB. We turned around and reported it to the front desk. One of the employees went back into the room with me. On our way she saw a big one in the hallway, when we got back to the room all the big ones were gone but there were still a bunch of little ones everywhere.w We requested our money back and went to another Motel.

The obe good thing was the staff was nice and the bed comfortable for a good sleep. Other than that here are the details. No complimentary soap, the TV sound was unusable the sink faucet and shower was a joke, but the worst were the unwanted roommates as in roaches in the sink and bathroom and possibly other places.

THIS PLACE HAS COCKROACHS. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE IN MY ROOM. POOR MANAGEMENT, FRONT DESK LEFT UNATTENDED WAS WAITING FOR 3 HOURS FOR MY KEY NOT WORKING, BEFORE A WORKER SHOWED UP. THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM IS FALLING APART AND ROACHS CRAWLING IN AND OUT OF THE WALLS! HOUSEKEEPING DO NOT LISTEN. I TOLD THEM I DONT NEED ANY SERVICES DUE TO ME WORKING NIGHTS BUT THEY WILL KNOCKED AND TRIED TI ENTER THE ROOM WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS POOR!

Not sure when the room was last cleaned… I swear someone lit the biggest joint in there right before I checked in. Also might want to repair the ceiling above the bath

Upon checking in there was no toilet paper in room. There was no microwave, no refrigerator, and no TV. These items were brought to me however the microwave did not work and neither did the TV. I stayed almost a week and even after multiple discussions with front desk they never were fixed. At least the bed was comfortable.

Dirty bathtub, smoke detector missing, no tv, a/c stuck on 68 degrees, light over bed non
-functional. Transferred to room with inoperable key. Attendant needed to open the door each time. Finally transferred to a room that had the toilet fill valve stuck on and phone light constantly blinking. Although it was a non- smoking facility it reeked of cigarette smoke with obvious cigarette burns.

The water pressure in the sink was very poor and the controls for the shower were very difficult to operate.
Also, there was an odor in the room. I don’t know if other people have been smoking in it.
Staff was as helpful as best they could.

The room needed to be condemned. 1st I was put in s room that smelled like smoke, requested a new, told there was none and asked for my money back then was put in another room. The bedside was off the wall, tissue in peep hole, hardly any water water came out of the shower, towel were dirty - stained badly. Fridge was dirty and the shower stopped was old and rusty. This is the worse Motel 6 that I have ever stayed at.
