Austin at the front desk was great to work with! Happy and quick to accomodate a last minute request to our booking. The free breakfast in the morning was a great perk and although not many guests seemed to be staying while we were there were still several options and we appreciated that.

Room was very clean. The girls at the front desk really helped me out of a mess with *******. They had actually reserved the wrong type of room. You should consider ditching them. They are horrid.

Overall it was nice but I was disappointed that the jets in the hot tub did not work.

This hotel is the perfect location and recommend
The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed all the amenities and the staff were terrific!! Providing a variety of breakfast options everyday was a perk!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately staff stated they were severely understaffed and it showed in the lack of maintenance on the entire property. Garbage blowing around, lawn not mowed, and weeds taking over the shrubs.

My keycard would not open my room door #126 so I went back to the front desk. The front desk person reactivated the keycard. I went back to #126 and the door opened but someone’s belongings were in the room! So I go back to the front desk and she says she gave me the wrong room, I’m supposed to be in #226!

The property is aged and rundown and the breakfast isn't very good for $170 a night. And the hotel wouldn't allow an early checkout because I booked through *******. When ******* called them they said they were too busy to take the call so I paid for an additional overpriced night for no reason.

Have stayed there 2-4 times a year for the last 3 years. It has gotten worse and we will not be back. The place is getting run down and dirty. They run out of breakfast food all the time. Some of the staff at the front desk are not friendly.
