The property is aged and rundown and the breakfast isn't very good for $170 a night. And the hotel wouldn't allow an early checkout because I booked through *******. When ******* called them they said they were too busy to take the call so I paid for an additional overpriced night for no reason.

Have stayed there 2-4 times a year for the last 3 years. It has gotten worse and we will not be back. The place is getting run down and dirty. They run out of breakfast food all the time. Some of the staff at the front desk are not friendly.

Great place, great location, great value
We had a great time here! Decent hot breakfast, though it’s the same daily so it gets a little boring for a longer stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, we would and likely will stay here again!

Bathroom had no vent fan for steam evacuation during showering leaving the room damp afterwards.
Room climate control constant fan feature didn't work and the filter was dirty leaving the room smelling like a chlorinated swimming pool. Had to purchase an air freshening spray to mask the smell. One of the bedside table lamps had a broken on/off switch rendering it not useable.

Great place to stay. For being on 51 the rooms were quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious.The breakfast in the morning was nice. I wish they had a lounge on the property for guests. Definatley stay there again.

大堂很漂亮，整洁干净。办理入住手续后，我们开车回到靠近我们房间的一扇门。有很多需要清理的积雪，人行道清理得不错，但不是很好。停车场清理得也不好，我理解无法清理车辆之间的缝隙，但其他地方也做得不好。房间很好很干净，但很冷，没有暖气。我们住的是带漩涡浴缸的特大号床套房。床还不错，但中间确实有点凹陷。淋浴很干净，水压还可以，但水一直没变热。我担心浴缸也会这样，很遗憾，我的担心是对的。我们预订了带漩涡浴缸的房间，因为我的男朋友对游泳池和热水浴缸中的化学物质过敏，所以我们认为这是一个不错的选择。但水还是没变热。等到浴缸里有足够的水时，水温已经很凉了，我甚至都不想洗碗了。
我们住了两个晚上，只在一天早上吃了早餐。食物还不错，但负责做饭的那位可怜的女士没有帮忙，还说夜班的工作人员什么也没做。作为一个人，她已经尽了自己最大的努力。
退房还好，只是不得不等待，因为他们显然又人手不足了。我在退房时向店员提到了我们对房间里的漩涡浴缸有多不满意，得到的回答是“好吧，没人愿意在那种东西上花钱”。然后他们给了我一根棒棒糖，这样就可以解决问题了。我没想到会打折，但想到了道歉。
最后一刻的决定很棒
最后一刻我决定住在这里，因为我预订的另一家酒店根本不符合我的标准。不过我很高兴我这么做了，房间正是我和我的伴侣想要的。
