Fire alarms are meant to go off at smoke, whether from a fire or smoking. Unfortunately, that's not always at the best hours. 我没订到承诺入住的房间。我和90岁的母亲一起旅行。我们需要一间带无障碍淋浴间的无障碍客房。我被告知今晚肯定有空房，我到了那里，他们说很抱歉超额预订了，会给我一间普通的大床房，然后改到第二天，我在这里住了三个晚上。我当时气得要命，记下了你的体重。我们开了10个半小时的车才到这里，前天晚上他们和一个叫Zoe的人谈过，确保所有东西都齐全齐全，而且都正确无误。我到了那里，发现没有空房。是的，我一点也不高兴。
跨国旅行
入住手续非常混乱。我觉得他们以为我们知道所有东西的位置。同一栋楼住着三家不同的酒店。每家酒店都有自己的电梯，入住时并没有说明。我们上错了电梯，一位好心的先生（客人）给我们解释了一下。
前台接待员很棒，很友好。
酒店条件很好，房间是我们8天自驾游期间住过的最好的。
我们很喜欢酒店里一家很棒的餐厅，非常方便。
房间里弥漫着腐烂食物的臭味，窗户正对着水泥墙。
我们很喜欢这里的住宿，会再次预订
