Room was fine. However, I'm willing to wager the mattress on the bed was over a decade old.
It was terribly worn/broken in, with sagging on each side so you know it's been there for a very long time.
As a result, did not get a good night's rest.

The room in its self was nice but they definitely need to replace their mattresses in room 200 as they are shot. Room was not clean as you could see grease marks all over the cabinets and the walls behind the bed and im not sure what the stain was on the bathroom wall but im guessing it was the same as what your thinking. You could actually see dust on top of everything and around the back of everything as they only did a cursoy swipe. I didn't even want to touch the microwave or open the cabinet where i assume the fridge was. I took several pictures but this site doesnt give you the option to show them.
I will say though that the front staff were very nice and helpful, the room was quiet and the continental breakfast was good.
Management definitely needs to look at the rooms after housekeeping has supposedly cleaned them as it definitely was not acceptable when someone is paying to stay at their establishment.

Checked in on 10/28 for an overnight business trip. There were paint chips on the floor and bed. No blanket/comforter on the bed. Only thin sheeting. Refrigerator was extremely dirty. Bathroom wasn't clean. Sink had very poor drainage! Water was hot and pressure was good, but that is the only good thing about the room itself. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I won't be visiting this location again.
The two staff members I encountered were nice and pleasant.

Pool & hot tub are great! Clean and a great place to burn off steam after a long day in the car. Rooms are no frills but comfortable.

Staff was great with our late check in. More items on the breakfast would have been nice, we went next door to McDonalds. Bed was comfortable though

Our main gripes about this hotel: the air conditioner was very loud, the pillows were uncomfortable, and we had some insect visitors in our room. The breakfast was fine, had several good options but nothing outstanding. I think better value can easily be found elsewhere.

这次，因为我是网上预订的，所以不能换房间。那天是周日下午，整个酒店几乎空无一人。
早餐糟糕透了，热水浴缸又坏了！
我知道网上预订的价格是每晚60美元，而且现在流行一分钱一分货，但这也太过分了吧。这里是AmericInn，不是Motel 6。所以下次如果要多花钱，我宁愿多花钱……去别的地方。
