Neighbor upstairs was walking around until I fell asleep. Water damage on ceiling in bathroom and no exhaust fan. Two tissues in the box on the bathroom counter and no extra sheets that I had asked for when making the reservation.

Shout out to MARIAH!!! She is an amazing and wonderful person!! She always greeted us with so much hospitality!! We will definitely be back this year!! She made the experience 10X better!!! GO MARIAH!!!!!
距离Newport 开车要30分钟，周围什么也没有，就是高速公路旁边的快捷酒店。性价比一般.
房间还算干净，但浴室里有两只死虫子。大堂的工作人员乐于助人，也很友好。早餐不错，不过早上8点到8点半左右人很多，所以烤面包机排队挺长的。
晚上很安静，而且设施挺新的，所以整体来说还是比较干净的。
酒店还不错，但价格与预期不符。我入住期间健身房关闭了，制冰机也全部停用。房间感觉很潮湿，而且很遗憾，我在一条毛巾上发现了一只虫子。不过，酒店服务热情周到，我对此表示感谢。

床的舒适度有待改进，其中一张床倾斜，几乎无法入睡。食物不太好，因为很多食物都用完了，而且没有及时更换。早餐服务员经常不在服务区域。
前台接待员Andrea非常棒。她不仅和蔼可亲，而且幽默风趣，还乐于帮助其他员工，确保客人的入住体验愉快。
浴室不太干净。房间里没有卫生纸。大厅和大堂周围有霉味
