The room was clean but the ac was nasty and dust was all over the side of the bed closest to it. I have asthma so all that dust was a bit irritating. The front desk staff when we checked in was nice (man), the lady at checkout was not so approachable. The hotel overall had a “old” m

Room was highly neglected, bad smells, odor, musky smells in the halls, mold. Had reserved 4 rooms, 4 people in my party went to another hotel. Would not recommend the hotel.

1st room smelled of mold badly. Was given another and just outside of door was a lot of tiles missing and large water leak from exposed pipes. No shower curtain. Stains on carpet, furniture. Heat did not work and no extra blankets to be given. Was the worst scary experience ever. Was so happy to leave as soon as sun came up

Country Inns and Suites Pineville is one of my preferred hotels. The last two stays the tv remotes were a problem. First, the remote didn't work. When I switched the batteries it worked. Then this last time the remote again did not work. When I opened the remote, there were no batteries. So, they gave me different room. It is odd that the remotes both nights were not ready.

I had emailed the hotel to let them we were not coming on Friday and because we were late checking in on Sat they canceled our room. So someone has my 247.00 and I want a refund… THE HOTEL CANCELLED MY RESERVATION FOR SATURDAY, Plus I purchased the insurance extra from ******* so I feel I definitely should be refunded the amount for Saturday night.

I changed rooms the first night because the television didn’t work, there were no shower curtains for the shower and the carpet in the room was rolled up in waves.
The second room was ok.
The breakfast on Tuesday was inedible. I ended up throwing it in the trash. The French toast was so hard that you couldn’t cut it with a knife. The eggs were hard and cold. The biscuits were really hard.
I had previously stayed here a few years ago and thought that it was an excellent facility. I am surprised that the facility is in the shape that it is in now.
When I checked in, I was informed that the room would only be serviced every three days.
The bright spot of my stay was the courtesy of the desk clerk. Each one was pleasant and helpful.
Is this facility acceptable by today’s standards, yes. Would I stay there again, highly unlikely.

Housekeeping is a 0/10. Carpet was disgusting. Sheets had not been changed in the room. Had dirt, hair ties and fresh makeup stains on the sheets. Had to get new room because of it. New room had cleaner sheets but still gross carpet and the sink leaked straight to the floor. Air made an awful sound so had to turn off to sleep. Went up to front desk to ask for earplugs it was so bad. They said they would get maintenance there the next day. Will never stay again. Have stayed in lots of hotels and this is first bad review like this.
