Clean, comfortable, basic hotel. Great location close to major traffic routes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with many hot and cold items. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was very clean! We were traveling with our parents and they had to change rooms as the sink in their bathroom was clogged and no one could unclog it so late in the day when we checked in, the hotel should be checking for those issues when getting the rooms ready for new guests. Overall our stay was enjoyable though and we had a really good sleep!

A Two to three star hotel. Bed was comfortable but all pillows were too big… need less filling as they are too fat

Parking lot electrical outlet should be turned on in the summer for the convenience of EV driving guests. For the minor cost of $2.50 per night, it would be a nice benefit in Lethbridge.

Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Chose to stay here due to reviews saying how comfortable the beds were and the breakfast being so good. Will agree that the beds were very comfortable, the rooms very clean, however the breakfast was lacking and had very few items.

The bed was quite comfortable and they had amazing breakfast options but since the room had such a small a/c unit it couldn't really keep up with keeping the room a perfect temperature

Housekeeping walked in our room at 10:30 am , wifi didn’t work. Bed was very hard.

Room was very clean. Quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. The kehrig coffee was very good although Starbucks is only a few blocks away. I found the front entrance doors to be very heavy and difficult to open and no automatic entry.
