Rachel at the front desk greeted me warmly and helped me get the exact room I wanted. She was so kind and helpful! The hotel is so very clean and organized.

Clean, comfortable, basic hotel. Great location close to major traffic routes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with many hot and cold items. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was very clean! We were traveling with our parents and they had to change rooms as the sink in their bathroom was clogged and no one could unclog it so late in the day when we checked in, the hotel should be checking for those issues when getting the rooms ready for new guests. Overall our stay was enjoyable though and we had a really good sleep!

A Two to three star hotel. Bed was comfortable but all pillows were too big… need less filling as they are too fat

Parking lot electrical outlet should be turned on in the summer for the convenience of EV driving guests. For the minor cost of $2.50 per night, it would be a nice benefit in Lethbridge.

酒店很干净，房间也还不错。酒店设施比较老旧，但考虑到价格还算可以。最大的问题是我们的房间在大堂楼下，那里有一群人可以喝酒喧闹到凌晨一点以后。
非常安静，房间比同价位的其他酒店都大得多。下次旅行还会入住。
