Came for my birthday hoping to swim and enjoy a good time, first room had poo stains inside the toilet, the tub was nasty, it looked liked the first guest came and they didn’t even attempt to clean. Second room had had bad bed sheets with stains and grass tucked at the bottom. Don’t come. You’ll waste your money!

Used to be the best place in town, Not any more. Stayed twice thinking the second time would be better, no. No TV reception, the carpets are filthy and surfaces are sticky. lots of wall and ceiling damage. Bring gallons of Lysol and your own pillow.

I wish I could upload the pictures. But I will leave a review,mold in the bathroom ceiling, mold and dirt in the shower and behind the door.

Oh my stars! What a nightmare!!!. When we arrived we walked towards our room. The key wouldn’t work. That should have been our 1st red flag. A very nice maintenance man came to open our door. 2nd red flag. He couldn’t open room 2. On to room 3. Another red flag.He was able to open the door. But he had to return to the office to get our keys reprogrammed. As we entered he told us that the tv didn’t work. Ok. We had a door to an adjoining room. Near the door was mold and part of the wall coming off. As I looked at the bed there were 2 small bugs and 1 small bug leg. Ok ask my husband if he is ready to leave. He said no. Since the tv didn’t work we sat and talked. The next thing I see isa roach on his cup. That confirmed his problem. I felt like I was at Bate’s motel. Next morning up and gone by 8. I have never left a hotel that early. So be prepared……

Shock by the roaches in the microwave and fridge one even crawled in my husband's food. A hole in the wall and to top it off the ceiling plaster in the bathroom looked like it was mildew and the walls needed painting or cleaning last but not least the front door was rusted.

Room was disgusting. We slept 3 people in one bed so we could sleep on top of the blanket we brought. There was spider webs and spiders and eggs above the door. I had to unplug the TV bc it wouldnt stop turning on and off. Outside was dirty. Did not try the breakfast even thou that was the plan bc of the state of the room.
这太误导人了，网上明明写着是三星酒店。可我到了之后发现，酒店和图片完全不符，里面也不是很干净。床、枕头和地毯上都有污渍。我当时想退款，但是他们拒绝了。
我订的是标准间，但我的房间已经被租出去了，然后他们说一个房间只能住四个人。我还为房间支付了50美元押金。
如果有负数，那我肯定会选择这家酒店。我住了两个晚上，因为吵闹的人和响起的警报而无法入睡。我报告了这个问题，他们声称会帮我换房间。但事实并非如此。除非你想睡三个小时以上，否则不要去！
