You are so correct in asking if the room was neglected yes it was the bed give an appearance of being clean but it wasn’t.

There was no one at the front desk when i checked in.After 15 to 18 min wait, i finally get a room key..go to the room and the key does not work. I had to go back and forth THREE times before i got a key to work. Then i had to jiggle the key to get it to work

Because as its weekend and also guest started checking in for the rooms. The key is programmed with your room number as guest had the key over the electronic device, the key didn't work So, immediately Siva at the desk and programmed the key and Aswell as the lock.But we do apologies for the delay.Thank You,Sailaja

I Hate Giving Bad Reviews But They Earned It
Not a good place to stay. Our room should not have been rented out by the property. Among other things, we had horrible animal smell, holes in the bathroom door, mold on ceiling in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the comforter and more. We were originally going to stay 4 nights but checked out the first morning, refund or no refund. I can share pictures and videos if anyone would like to see it.

就这价格来说,酒店还不错。地理位置正合我意。至少在我入住的时候(2024年8月),我会建议大家要一楼的房间。
还不错,地理位置很好,靠近威尔明顿河畔,那里有很多不错的餐馆!
工作人员不是很友好,房间很干净。
