Lounge needs slot of work. Bar staff needs more training. Menu is terrible! Ingredients for a number of drinks were not available. Your food and beverage manager should be fired.

Staff was great, very helpful and kind. Upon checking in, we were uninformed the wifi was not working. One of the elevators was out of service.
The room was very spacious and had a nice lay out. Bathroom had a lot of room and was a nice size. Also had a 2 head shower, which was loose in the wall and calcified. 2 sinks, which was great!
Cleaning staff needs to do better. Found a toe nail under one of the desks when unpacking luggage. Kind of off putting and made me wonder about the rest of the room. The room had a Jacuzzi tub which we were excited about. Sprayed down the tub to get rid of any hairs. Started to fill the tub and there were floaties and nasty stuff floating around. Dumped in a good amount of soap and turned on the jets. Let the tub drain, cleared the jets out and sprayed down the tub again. After all of that we filled it again and could enjoy the tub knowing it was cleaner. The Jacuzzi tub was a nice feature knowing we didn't have to worry about the pool/hot tub area being congested.
Breakfast was alright, not many quick options to grab and go sit down. The waffle and pancake machines take up quite a bit of time. There were 3 families with kids running around grabbing food and occupying time on pancake and waffle machines which made it longer to get those items for breakfast. There were some other limited options like yogurt, cereal, apples and bananas. Not much for warm/hot food. The staff was on top of keeping all the other areas topped up.
