The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was in poor repair. It wasn’t terribly dirty, aside from the hall carpeting, but the furniture, fixtures, and carpeting could stand to be replaced. So much was torn or falling apart. The second floor hallway felt as though it had sunken spots. The elevator seemed like it might not make it to our destination. I was confused by the customer rating.

This place has the dirtiest filthiest carpets I’ve ever seen in my entire life. On top of that all three Floors ice machines are out of service or voluntarily turned off. The front desk staff said they turn off the ice machines and only turn them on during the mornings for the breakfast crowd. That absolutely makes zero sense. Requested a check out in a refund and was refused. Never booked this place. I wish I could upload pictures of how bad it is.
