An older hotel that has been very tastefully renovated. Great check-in experience, friendly staff, clean and well-equipped room. Food and drinks in lounge very good. The hot buffet breakfast included was great. Simply a great stay for the price.

Allowed early check in, clean,comfortable, quiet, plenty of free parking. Breakfast was good and fresh but only standard 2eggs, meat, hashbrowns and toast offered as complimentary

The room was good, but the waitress during morning breakfast was harsh because i arrived half hour too early, then later when i ordered she got my order wrong. The second night there were kids running and shouting up and down hallway until 11pm, i called frint desk but finally after 11 it was quiet.
Respectful customer service, kindness and attentiveness, and quiet nights would've been valuable.

Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable. They need new pillows. They were like big balls. I will bring my own next time. Breakfast was great too! Thanks

The staff was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. They offered us free breakfast but we had to leave very early in the morning so we couldn't use it.

When I booked my room, the terms and conditions were clear. Pay at rhe property. When i reached the property, i was told confirmation needed to be by 4 pm but because i was traveling, hotel couldnt reach me. So they sold my room. I spoke with the manager David who implied it wasnt his responsibility in any way. That Friday night at around 9pm when it was very cold and unusually dark outside with a kid on my hand, i had no room. I was filled with fear and anxiety. The hotel didnt bother, no courtesy, no remorse. What puzzles me is why i would have a different condition on my booking paper and a different one applied at the hotel. This hotel is the most terrible hotel i have ever stayed in. Inhuman and not logical at all. Traveller beware. Not worth the headache
