The staff was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. They offered us free breakfast but we had to leave very early in the morning so we couldn't use it.

When I booked my room, the terms and conditions were clear. Pay at rhe property. When i reached the property, i was told confirmation needed to be by 4 pm but because i was traveling, hotel couldnt reach me. So they sold my room. I spoke with the manager David who implied it wasnt his responsibility in any way. That Friday night at around 9pm when it was very cold and unusually dark outside with a kid on my hand, i had no room. I was filled with fear and anxiety. The hotel didnt bother, no courtesy, no remorse. What puzzles me is why i would have a different condition on my booking paper and a different one applied at the hotel. This hotel is the most terrible hotel i have ever stayed in. Inhuman and not logical at all. Traveller beware. Not worth the headache

Check in was easy. Restaurant was good with lots of selection. There was a breakfast but was out to early. Beds comfortable and clean. Window was small.

Breakfast cold deep fried sausage, cold, deep fried hashbrowns, lukewarm, scrambled eggs, morning waitress was very rude. Restaurant prices have increased from my last visit this year. The price for food in the restaurant is very expensive. He was very loud at night. The emergency exit right by our door was used continuously throughout the night And the door slammed shut. The front desk would do nothing about that inconvenience.

I was in a Single Queen Room on the 4th Floor, it was appeared and smelled Clean and did Not use Intense Room Fresheners (as some other Hotels do to put "Stink on Stink" in hopes of masking bad odors).
My only small complaint is that there were no free power outlets near the Desktop or Table (all outlets were used by Microwave, Minifridge, Coffeemaker, lamps, TV). The Beside Table did have Outlets on the Lamp base; good for your phone charger but not enough space for working on a laptop.
You get a Coupon for the Free Breakfast from the Front Desk that gets you a proper breakfast (i.e. 2 eggs, bacon/sausage, hashbrowns and toast) served to you on a plate, in the attached Restaurant (only opens at 7:00AM). Service was very good, prompt and friendly.

All was great except that I found the shape of the bottom of the bathtub extremely treacherous when wet. I couldn't let go of the handrail ever. I didn't see the sign about the bath mat being available until my last day. It would be better if there is a rubber mat in every room.
