Show up to find that the pool is closed for renovations, which is the only reason i booked here for the kids. Despite no mention of this during booking there was no discounted rate for loss of services

We are sorry to hear that you were not notified regarding renovations, we have worked very hard with 3rd party reservation sites to ensure they are clearly informing our guests of the disruption in amenities while we continue to make improvements to our property, it is obvious in this case that did not happen. Nice stay
We had a lovely stay. Renovations at the hotel, so no games room or gym available. Used the hottub pool and slide and cut our stay short because pool would be closed for renovations as well.
Breakfast was decent fare. Close by restaurants and stores.
