Upon arrival we discovered that the entire hotel was being remodeled. No problem and the staff was very apologetic and upfront about it. However, many of the rooms should not have been available for rent. Our room was partway through remodel. The closet was framed with 2x4s, but had no door. There was no refrigerator or microwave even though it's advertised that it has both. We had no toilet paper in the room or a remote for the TV. The bathtub did not have the little diverter to send the water up to the shower head. When the guy showed up to fix it he had a beer in his hand. There was all kinds of noise coming from the pool area well past midnight and it was all noise created by people building furniture for the remodel. Oh and there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. ATM was unplugged and unusable. Breakfast consisted of a cereal bar with no milk. A friend of ours staying at the same hotel that night said they had exposed wires on the back of their door for the card reader. This place should not be open during a remodel of this magnitude.

I had a booking at Rodeway Inn originally, then that was cancelled but was not notified. I found out 2 hours prior to checking in. Then ******* put me up in a motel that I paid for our of my pocket that was run down, filthy, stained sheets, with hair in the bed and some type of hair in the tub! The lamp of broke and the heater didn't work either. Someone also tried to enter my room too! There was no other rooms available and I asked for a refund Econolodge denied my refund and so didn't *******. I even had trip protection which didn't do anything! I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at Econolodge in Stevens Point, WI or use ******* as well to plan any trip!

I should have known this place was going to be bad when I walked into the lobby area. The desk was under construction with a tablecloth on top, a phone was there instead of a person to greet you. After check in, discovered that the hallway to room smelled like cigarettes, room numbers were propped up on the floor instead of on the doors, no soap or shampoo in the room, and the hair dryer smoked when I wanted to use it the next morning.

Absolutely the worse place I've ever had to endure a night at. The night started off with me having to complain to the front desk about the people next door to us being loud. First call to them was at 1:00 am then 2:00am and when I finally had it with all the noise at 4:00 am I demanded another room. Jeremy the front desk worker was very rude and unprofessional and had told me I should just stay in the room since I was checking out at 11:00 am anyway. After a few choice words, he finally gave me a key to another room. I finally moved to the room with my two young grandchildren got settled in and was woke by fire alarms. No one came to tell us what was going on and we finally got worried when the fire department showed up. I opened the door and realized the whole 1st floor was covered in smoke. I had to grab my two young grandchildren and try to find an exit out and still no one around to tell us what was going on. I called the next day and demanded a refund and was told the owners would give me a call back. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting.

The room door stuck from the pool humidity, the security doors were unlocked and propped open, the room was dark and damp like a cave, the parking lot flooded at one end, the shower had brown smears on its wall tiles, the bed sheets and blankets had stains, and the mattresses were so worn the material was fraying. I stayed four nights and the room was only serviced once, and even that was just to drop a handful of towels on the counter. The remodeling being done is shoddy. The switches in the bathroom were loose and the plate was missing screws. Someone had gotten paint on the TV screen. The room phone was missing most of its buttons and was unplugged when I arrived. The window curtains were minimal so light from the parking lot kept the room almost as brightly lit at night as the pathetic room lights. The gap under the door was large enough to put the tip of my shoe under it when the door was closed. This place is a cesspit.

The hotel Overcharged me over $1,000 dollars. I stayed there one night. They did not give me my receipt until weeks later (via mail). They have since only reimbursed me $900 but still owe me $196.00. The staff was very rude and unhelpful and good luck being able to get ahold of a manager. You will just get the run around of excuses. 1. They aren't here now but I wish they were 2. Call back tomorrow (Saturday) at 7:00 am and a manager will be there then - call back and instead get a rude employee to talk to.
住宿还可以的,人都挺不错的
