我一直很好奇这家酒店怎么样，所以这次和家人一起来住了，感觉还算不错。但除了两三个员工，其他人的服务态度简直糟透了，对我们都非常恶劣。我们住了快三周，中间只换过一次房间，休息了一晚，但期间从未更换过床单。我还去擦洗了自助洗衣房，因为那里脏得简直不能接受，而且烘干机里积满了旧的棉絮，导致衣服根本烘不干。迷你冰箱也坏了，这让我们浪费了很多食物，损失不少钱。总而言之，就是服务差劲，电器也都有问题。

The property needs some updating. Curtains, bedding, television, desk phones, carpeting all need updating and lighting in the rooms also.

The ironing board and iron need to be replaced also.

Didn’t get the room I reserved. Then was told I would get a king suit and when I got to the room it was 2 small beds and no couch. They did give me a 50% refund but I would not stay here again.

The room was booked last minute as our soldier was able to get a free day off base. Our room needed major updates. The paint in the bathroom cabinet is missing chunks, the room was infested with ants, carpet was stained so bad. We heard water running through the wall all night. We booked the hotel for 2 nights but ended leaving after one. Room definitely needs a good cleaning!!

Internet was spotty at best. Breakfast was poor. No wash clothes or hand soap in the room. It’s a decent hotel if you want the bare minimum and don’t mind the smell of **** in the common areas.

Very nice and friendly front desk staff. The breakfast staff was absolutely amazing in keeping everything stocked and the area was kept immaculately. Unfortunately, the carpeting in the room was filthy and stained. There were stains on the cloth chair which bothered me. Beyond that the room was clean. The room door’s security bar/latch had been removed, not sure why. The hotel said they were renovating, so hopefully things will be better in the future. Overall the room was comfortable for a short stay.

The room was clean and comfortable with standard amenities. Staff was friendly. Thier was some maintenance going on during our stay, but it had little impact on our stay. Breakfast had a small selection, but was good.I would stay at this property again.

The staff at this property was great! Unfortunately, the facility itself was less than favorable. The drain in the tub was disgusting and there was a hair on the toilet seat. It was not mine! The floors were pretty dirty, and I found trash between the bed and the wall. The faucet at the sink also spewed water everywhere. On the plus side the mattress was new so that was extremely comfortable! Just needs a facelift! And a good cleaning.

Nothing, old outdated and nothing works properly. Toilet won’t flush, and dirty on the toilet.the shower was so tiny, the bathroom sink drain wasn’t working properly, the door was cracked. Breakfast was not good, they had half and half, no creamer. This establishment going down. I don’t think i will be stay at the hotel again.
