Great Shower, good bed.
MORE THAN 45 min delay at lobby to get
Room. Paid thru *******. No record of reservation. No help at front desk. 12 guests checked in while we WAITED and WAITED. ******* called the front desk to straighten it out, but he was busy with checking in another guest and did not take the call. After another 20+ min we were given a room.
- we don’t intend to use ******* again
- we don’t intend to use your hotel again!!!
- You & ******* need to make improvements so this never happens again.
- if you could give us a room when nothing had changed, WHY NOT DO IT EARLIER!!
THIS WAS A GIGANTIC DISAPPOINTMENT!

Initially booked for travel w past experience of Country Inn's. KNOWING NOW Country Inn have merged w CHOICE Hotels....WOULD NEVER book again. CHOICE has proven to among the worst, this was no different.
Unsafe electrical (open box behind nightstand, no GFI in bath, open AC unit); floors on 2nd flr were uneven; breakfast well below normal (selection & quality). However, these are TYPICAL of CHOICE.

The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. That was a plus. Sadly there were some minuses. 1. The hallway in the second floor has weak wood throughout the length of which made it feel like we were going to fall through. It definitely should be checked for termites. 2. When I walked in the room it had a pretty bad odor of urine. 3. The furniture was worn. The arms of the chair in my friend's room had big chunks missing from them. 4. So that I can sleep well when I'm away, I'm very pleased when my room is pitch black. Well, I had drapes I was able to close, but they feel a little above the bottom of the window, so at night light filtered in through that opening. The longer drapes that many hotels have in addition to the short ones were non existent in my room

This hotel was the dirtiest I have been in. The floors were filthy. There was terrible odor in the hall those rugs were also dirty . The cushions for the sofa had mold stains all over. The remote was sticky. The walls and molding had food? Splatters . Poor lighting conditions , tub shower set up was outdated. No venting in the bathroom . I would hesitate to stay at another Country inn while traveling.

The bathroom had hair on floor and the pillowcases were dingy and dirty and soft. Out of 4 we used 2 of them. Towel was dirty and front door kept getting stuck.

The white towels had a brown tint. Tub had dirt stains. Breakfast did not open until 7:00 on the weekend. No coffee in the lobby before 7:00 am. Compounded by the broken coffee maker in the room. Carpet felt sticky and was stained.

我们到了之后，立刻就因为房间太脏、床上全是头发而换了房。第二个房间虽然干净一些，但床上还是布满了头发。总之，不值得入住。
