The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The location is great- walking distance to downtown. I loved the lounge area. The breakfast was an upscale continental which included quiche and overnight oats. I also enjoyed the complimentary drink in the lounge in the evening. I would stay there again when in Charlottetown.

The property is very charming and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the happy hour in the lobby was a very nice treat.

干净卫生，早餐也不错，小有特色
酒店位置绝佳，就在大乔治街上一座美丽教堂的正对面，离市中心也很近。建筑虽然古老，但维护得很好，大堂和餐厅都十分气派。我独自一人入住了一间双床房，房间古典雅致，令人心旷神怡。两个房间和浴室都非常宽敞，感觉像置身于一个大空间里。从房间里望出去，教堂的景色美极了。工作人员也非常热情友好，即使我的英语不太好，他们也很理解。我会向我的朋友们推荐这家酒店。
技术噩梦
起初，酒店大堂的魅力给我们留下了深刻的印象。但当我们进入房间后，发现所有设备都无法使用——电视、电话、咖啡机，甚至浴室的照明灯都坏了。我简直不敢相信他们竟然敢在没有检查设备故障的情况下就把房间出租。虽然酒店给了我们折扣，但房间实在太糟糕了，我们只好提前一天退房。
我订的是两床房，所以房间很宽敞，非常好，而且设施没有问题，所以我推荐它，但是我被分配的其中一间卧室是室外单元。太吵了，需要戴耳塞。而且，由于是别墅，上面的房间看起来不像是酒店，而是有人住的，早上起来就能听到咚咚咚的声音，可能是因为他们在锻炼。所有的工作人员都非常友好，提供了相关且有意义的信息，这非常有帮助。向我推荐的所有餐厅都很棒，而且由于我一早就出发，所以我预订了一辆出租车，该地区的服务也很棒。很高兴他们能够作为一个组织而不是作为一个组织来回应作为个人。
