Air unit/fan was super loud, woke me up. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. They use a texting service to check in and asked me to rate the stay, I did-heard nothing.

The property was very nice however, my main kudos goes to the staff. There was a plumbing issue. They got me to another room and will refund a one night‘s stay

Despite notifying the front desk of a woman's fingernails (painted quite elaborately) were on the floor of our bathroom and that the toilet was leaking, no one came to fix it or clean it up while we were out - they did come in to make the bed (?). The carpet in the hallways had ripples in them as if they were buckling and the walls desperately needed to be painted.

It was a Great Stay vacation for us!
When my wife and arrived at Double tree by Hilton. Our room wall very clean and the roses for my wife were in our room before we checked in as I requested and I really appreciated that. We were given 2 bottles of waters and cookies at the front desk and also Chris, Front Office Manager had also personally left his business
card, 2 additional bottles of waters and took the vase of Roses up to our room himself.

I liked how it was easy to park, easy to check in, the lighting wasn't too harsh, felt quiet and nice
早餐不错，有水果，还吃到了蓝莓和桑椹，其它如培根，肉肠，炒鸡蛋都很好。酒店环境也很好，停车场很大，免费停车。
常来圣路易斯，第一次住这家，酒店好像很一般，早餐同样不好吃，房间挺大的，不算新，整体体验非常一般。。
携程与酒店沟通不到位，重复扣费，如果不是个人发现，在这个酒店就要被双倍收费，而且携程没有一个合理的处理方案，非常失望
不是对一个人重复收费，而是对同行的都双重收费了，携程对接网络服务真的非常差
酒店有点老旧了。房间里的空调比较老旧，噪音很大。晚上它会断断续续地启动，把我吵醒。而且走廊和电梯附近的灯光不太亮——很暗——不太安全！
