I booked online thru ******* 2 queen rooms and they only showed one. The check in clerks not friendly and inefficient.

The woman working the desk August 31 at 6pm was wonderful. Went out of her way to help our 2 yr old. We will stay again.

The smoke alarm was covered in a red greasy substance. The front desk woman told me the first time it started going off they were waiting on a part. Later checking out after it had went off multiple times (which required a full on trip down to the front desk to turn off) the guy blamed it on the heat and blamed the alarm being covered in goop on the guys who work/stay there.

Horrible conditions
Disgusting conditions. Pool was dirty and left clothes stinking. Dryers were broken and had to resort to laundry mat with our lengthy stay. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned in the 5 day stay. We had to go to the desk to retrieve towels and wash cloths. Gym air conditioning did not work and sweaty towels stayed on the floor for 3 days.

酒店回复: Dear Jen, we have looked into these concerns and found that we have no current mechanical issues with our laundry machines. Our pool and fitness room is cleaned daily. The AC temperatures in the fitness room are accessible on the units for all guests. I also found that we have no complaints or notes from you for any of these issues. Please know it is always better to inform the hotel of issues during your stay so that we can address it accordingly and in a timely manner.

Great staff
We had excellent service by the front desk staff. We could not get the sound to work on our TV the first night and the front desk person came to our room with a different remote. I can't remember her first name. The TV still didn't work but she said the maintenance person would be there in the morning which was fine with us. The next morning the front desk person, Kristian, assessed the TV and he said he would get us a different room. When we got to the new room, that TV wouldn't work and Kristian got another remote and got the TV to work. This is a long story, but the summary is that Kristian and the evening front desk person provided excellent customer service to resolve the TV issues and did so cheerfully. They went out of their way to make our stay a good one. It was clean and had a good breakfast but the staff is what will make us come back the next time we are in Enid.

我到了我的房间，发现两张床上的床单上都有奇怪的小污渍。枕头非常扁平，睡觉时我的脖子扭伤了。被子薄如纸。
去了室内泳池区（只有泳池，没有热水浴缸），那里热得我喘不过气来。我不得不坐在门口的椅子上，让新鲜空气进来。柜子里没有毛巾。不得不去要一些。
只是对价格感到失望
安全区域的新酒店。但是，对于这家三星级酒店的评价，我对这次体验并不满意。从前台体验开始。我以为他们会有专业的礼仪，但事实并非如此。我认为应该进行一些培训。
