Room was decent but bathroom door wouldn’t latch. Peephole had toilet paper or something stuffed in it so couldn’t see out Breakfast tasted good but wasn’t hot enough (eggs were cold pretty quickly after sitting down) staff was very friendly and accommodating

WAY over rated on *******! Room and hotel were both clean...but it ends there. Flashing (strobe--like) light every 7-8 seconds from smoke detector above bed, ALL night...breakfast that was about the cheapest and worst I have had in some time...(steamed pre-formed eggs with half warm cheese and reheated undercooked links)...would not stay again...3 stars is VERY generous.

The staff was very friendly, especially Crissy. She moved me to another room when the TV didn't work in my first room. She also suggested and furnished addresses and information on some things to see and do in Enid. The gym is nice and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked online thru ******* 2 queen rooms and they only showed one. The check in clerks not friendly and inefficient.

The woman working the desk August 31 at 6pm was wonderful. Went out of her way to help our 2 yr old. We will stay again.

从外面看，这家酒店很漂亮，很有前途……但是……我到达时，前台的女士并不热情。她一直很安静，让我感觉有点尴尬。所以我拿到了钥匙，我的第一个房间闻起来有香烟味，所以我下楼到前台换钥匙，她脸上露出了非常刻薄的表情。
我到了我的房间，发现两张床上的床单上都有奇怪的小污渍。枕头非常扁平，睡觉时我的脖子扭伤了。被子薄如纸。
去了室内泳池区（只有泳池，没有热水浴缸），那里热得我喘不过气来。我不得不坐在门口的椅子上，让新鲜空气进来。柜子里没有毛巾。不得不去要一些。
只是对价格感到失望
安全区域的新酒店。但是，对于这家三星级酒店的评价，我对这次体验并不满意。从前台体验开始。我以为他们会有专业的礼仪，但事实并非如此。我认为应该进行一些培训。
