The desk clerk, Tiffany was very kind and helpful. She suggested a local restaurant and it was great.

I loved the king suite room. The room had two large televisions and living room. My husband watched tv in one room and I watched tv in the bed room. Nice!

Large rooms, well appointed. Convenient. Waited over 5" for someone to come to front desk at check-in. Liked the on-line check-in feature. There was uncollected trash in my bathroom.

The floors in our room were not real clean. There was dust and dirty spots. I even stepped on some piece of plastic. So floors were not cleaned. Otherwise the room was nice.

Eveything was great. Just a few things. We stayed in 308 in mansfield, which is in the midst of renovations. There were a couple tiles from the baseboards laying on the floor, that neef glued.

Rooms were filthy beds felt damp and smelled badly. my 5 yr old was scared to sleep at night you could hear people running around above us at 2-3 am

I like the room upgrades, though some corners are already getting Rusty. Washable area rugs would be nice.

Room wasn’t very clean and there were so many knots. The fridge was unusable due to being filled with dead knats.
